Preorder Refunds

Nightmare Before Stitches is in the progress of issuing refunds on the remaining orders that could not be fulfilled in pre-orders. We ran into a snaffu with PayPal and have to have the funds in the account itself to refund those orders. As soon as the transfer from the NBS checking account to the NBS PayPal account is complete, we will be issuing refunds for 36 orders placed through PayPal.

As of time of writing (2/27/25) we have already issued 31 out of the 67 planned orders to refund. Those 31 orders were placed through either Shopify or Sezzle and does not require this extra step to be made. The orders that have been refunded (or pending through Shopify) are:

If your order is listed here, you should have received emails from either/both NBS via Shopify and Sezzle. If you do not see your order number listed, do not fret.
